Monday 18th March saw the commencement of an outdoor dining section located at Norah Head. Increasing the space located alongside Bombora Cafe for residents and tourists enjoying a coffee or meal overlooking our fabulous coastline.
Completed in less than a week adding disabled and pram access to the shopping precinct.
Zumba Gold- See attached a flyer with all the relevant information. It is really good fun as well as so good for you. We go at the pace of the residents and there are lots of opportunities to rest, take a drink or sit. We always finish with a gentle, healing stretch.
Gentle Exercise-Medi Fit run gentle exercise programs in our beautiful Community Centre every Friday at 9.00am. They will asses your fitness and health at the beginning and monitor you along the way. It some instances this exercise program can be claimed on Medicare through your doctor. $10.00 per class.

We are also seeking contributions to the 250 free show bags we are giving the youth at the event. If your company could assist with providing vouchers, prizes and/or fun promotional goodies for our show bags it would be greatly appreciated.
