Event Overview - NSW Bodyboard State Titles 2013
• The event is held on the NSW Central Coast. Norah Head located in the Wyong region offers a unique array of beaches that caters to all surfing conditions. The three day event has the ability to utilise numerous locations including Cabbage Tree Bay, Soldiers Beach and Gravellies Alcove.
• Conditions vary at this point in time but waves should be great for the elite competitors within the April timeframe
• The only pathway of a competition that determines the best amateur NSW Bodyboarders for 2013. This is the qualifier to compete as part of the NSW Bodyboard State team at the prestigious Australian titles.
• Drawing over 150 Bodyboarders from as far north as Port Macquarie and as far south as Kiama. Age was no limit with the grass roots level of bodyboarding through to the grandmasters of the sport being represented including ex Pro Jon Capilli.

Sneaks 4 Streets is a Walkathon raising money to assist those that are Homeless on the Central Coast. This is a 22.5km walk starting at Chittaway Bay Lions park at 10 am and finishing at Soldiers Beach. The 16th Annual Gathering of the Clans is on again this year at the Norah Head Sports Ground, Bungary Rd, Norah Head, on Sat 25 August 2012.
The Parade of the Tartans begins at 9.45am with the Pipe Bands marching into the arena where a Mass Pipe Band Display will open the day’s celebrations. There will be
live entertainment including Highland Dancing, Medieval Displays, Highland
Strong Man Competition, Scottish Craft and Clan Stalls.
The Ceilidh (Scottish Dance Party) featuring the Highlander Celtic Rock Band will be held at the Norah Head Sports Club from 7pm. Tickets $25 for adults and $5 per child.
