Who is Greater Toukley Vision?
Greater Toukley Vision Inc (GTV) is a non-profit organization responsible for administering the funds received by Wyong Shire Council from a levy on the commercial premises in the Greater Toukley area. Due to State Government regulations regarding how the special rates levy is administered, the GTV was set up as a stand-alone organization in 1997. The Greater Toukley area extends from the Toukley Bridge to Norah Head Lighthouse incorporating Toukley, Canton Beach, West Toukley, East Toukley, Noraville and Norah Head.
The primary objective of the GTV is to market and promote the Greater Toukley area for the benefit of the local business community.
GTV employs a Coordinator who reports directly to a Board of Management which is made up of local business owners and community members volunteering their time for the benefit of the Greater Toukley community.

What does Greater Toukley Vision Do?
Festivals and Events
The GTV develops and coordinates festivals and events to attract visitors to the area. We also promote a number of events such as Hot Rods & the Whaledreamers Festival that visit the area. Please visit our Calendar of Events
Promotion
We aim to promote and develop the Greater Toukley area as a desirable commercial investment opportunity, as an attractive shopping area,
and as a vibrant and popular tourist destination.
Streetscape
The GTV is concerned with providing clean & safe retail precincts for shoppers & visitors. We currently provide supplementary cleaning, gardening & graffiti removal to compliment the existing service provided by Wyong Shire Council.
In conjunction with this initiative the GTV encourages all business and commercial property owners to do all that they can to make sure their premises are kept clean and tidy.
We have recently formulated a Security Strategy for the Greater Toukley area.
Co-operation
The GTV aims to facilitate co-operation between business, government and community bodies for the benefit of the Greater Toukley community.
Those organizations include Wyong Shire Council, the Toukley & Districts Chamber of Commerce, Central Coast Tourism, Norah Head Residents & Ratepayers Assoc, Friends of Toukley, Toukley Senior Citizens Centre & Toukley Neighbourhood Centre.

GTV keeps the community informed.
We produce a regular newsletter – ‘Out 'n About’ which is distributed to all business owners and local residents. Out 'n About provides updates of events and developments in the Greater Toukley area.
Our regular Lighthouse column appears fortnightly in the Central Coast Express Advocate and promotes new businesses to the area, updates community events and developments.
